Early 1970s MCI design
Professional Recording Console
Budget-accessible MCI quality
The JH-416 was MCI's early professional recording console — a 16-channel split desk offered for the growing number of 16-track studios in the early 1970s. Built in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, it established MCI's reputation for practical, reliable American build quality at prices that studios outside the major coastal markets could afford.
