Post-production favorite
One of the first genuinely affordable serious digital mixing consoles — a 32-input, 8-bus, digital 24-bit desk with 32 channels of motorised automation, internal effects processing, snapshot and dynamic automation, and an onboard routing matrix. Priced well below comparable Yamaha and Sony digital desks, the DA7 opened digital mixing to project and mid-tier commercial studios. Widely used in post-production, broadcast sound, and project studios through the early 2000s.
